The Coach House is located in a private residential area of Arnside, a seaside location in South Lakeland.
The beach is a very short walk, from The Coach House, of approximately 100 metres and the village Pier and Promenade of Restaurants, Pubs, Cafes, Shops and an excellent Fish & Chip Shop, a further 5 minutes walk and the views are truly outstanding, something we have never tired of!
The area and scenery is amazing, we feel very fortunate to live and work in this area. South Lakes attractions are just a short drive with Windermere Coniston close by. The M6 is extremely accessible and the Rail and Transport Links to Arnside are excellent. The surrounding area and its abundance of attractions will appeal to families, walkers, cyclists and couples.

On The Outside
The Coach House has a small paved area which can be used as a patio on a summers evening or can be used as a parking space. We have two parking spaces for our guests. Many of our guests love to visit the community garden which is about 80 metres down the pathway to the beach. The garden has bench seating and is perfect for picnics as you are overlooking the bay estuary as well as the amazing lakeland landscape. There is also beautiful beach walks to both Silverdale, New Barns Bay and the promenade of Arnside with its array of shops, cafes, pubs, art gallery and gift shops.

The Coach House has three bedrooms sleeping up to five guests. The Master Bedroom at the back of the Coach House is a King Size Room and has been decorated in a warm cream and subtle cranberry together with bedside cabinets, double wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The double bedroom is at the front of the Coach House and has the unusual feature of a glass wall to take advantage of the original features of the Coach House which used to be the coach and horses entrance to the Beachwood Mansion. This bedroom has double wardrobe, bedside tables and a chest of drawers.
The single bedroom is also at the front of the Coach House and features a glass wall and has a bedside table, double wardrobe and a comfy chair to relax.

Bathroom
The family bathroom features an organic shaped freestanding bath to enjoy a relaxing soak or should you prefer we have a walk in shower. The choice is yours . Also featured in the bathroom is a heated towel radiator together with an Italian bathroom cabinet with mirror, toilet and sink. Toiletries and towels are provided for all of our guests.

Within the open plan layout we have the living area which has two leather sofas for your relaxation together with a coffee table, a low standing TV and Audio unit and wall cabinets. This relaxation area features a wall mounted TV, feature wall mounted gas fire and plenty of literature, leaflets, maps for you to able to plan your days in advance.

Kitchen & Dining
We offer guests open plan living which includes a white high gloss fully fitted kitchen with Neff Appliances including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer and an American style fridge freezer with ice maker. The huge granite topped central island complete with a breakfast bar for two at the end is the most impressive feature of our kitchen. The dining table and chairs seats five and is adjacent to the kitchen and living area.
